We emphasize pride in everything that is associated with our program. Our players understand the meaning of wearing a Mount Carmel

uniform, and the responsibilities that come with it. We take pride in the way we wear our uniform, the way we sprint on and off

the field, and the way we take our pre-game infield. Our players also take pride in the way we handle success and failure and how

we treat our opponents and umpires. The real key to winning is having good, self-motivated athletes who accept responsibility for their

actions and development. Most importantly, our players understand that they are students first and athletes second. They understand

that sports are only temporary, but their education will last them a lifetime. "
