David oversees all Advancement Office staff and activities. He leads the Campaign For A New Century of Excellence and he continues to expand Mount Carmel's impressive donor base. Along with Fr. Carl Markelz, O.Carm., David leads Mount Carmel's progress into the 21st Century, maintaining healthy relationships with alumni, business leaders, benefactors and the City of Chicago. He manages staff in areas of Fund Raising, Enrollment, Marketing, Publications, Grants, Alumni and Special Events.

Dan assists David Lenti with the Campaign For A New Century of Excellence. He oversees Mount Carmel's Annual Fund, Society of Saint Cyril and Shoulder to Shoulder Foundation. Dan also produces various publications throughout the year and assists with the Student Scholarship Essay Contest. He also serves as Co-Chair on the Centennial Hall Committee.

Bill, along with Assistant Marketing Director Mike Himes, heads Mount Carmel's Marketing and Enrollment Department. His most important job is to ensure Mount Carmel maintains a stable, healthy enrollment. Throughout the year, Bill visits well over 100 grade schools, hosts numerous on-campus activities, drafts letters to prospective students and leads the registration of each incoming class. Bill also works extensively with current parents and alumni who are interested in marketing the school.

Fr. Peter is in charge of all events and activities with the greatest alumni group in the country. He heads the Alumni Committee and helps plan the Alumni Banquet, he maintains and updates all alumni contact information, he mails letters to both individuals and entire classes and he also helps with the Man In The Arena Awards, Career Day and all other alumni events. Fr. Peter also writes a monthly alumni newsletter.

Mike heads the Public and Media Relations campaign, drafting press releases to local news agencies. He is also in charge of all office publications, including Carmel Life. Mike also writes Grant Applications, serves as Co-Chair on the Centennial Hall Committee, and assists David Lenti and Dan LaCount with written materials for the Campaign For A New Century of Excellence. Mike is responsible for Advancement Office web pages and is the Moderator of the CARAVAN Mentoring Program.

Along with Bill Nolan, Mike is a main cog in Mount Carmel's Marketing and Enrollment Department. His job is to ensure Mount Carmel maintains a healthy, stable enrollment. Throughout the year, Mike visits over 100 grade schools, hosts numerous on-campus activities, drafts letters to prospective students and assists Bill Nolan with the registration of each incoming class. Mike also creates marketing ads for local news agencies and flyers and publications for prospective students. He is also heading the installation of all Man of The Year and Hall of Fame pictures in Gilmore Hall.

Celeste serves as the Administrative Assistant for David Lenti, and she has the longest tenure of working in the Advancement Office. Celeste assists David Lenti with the Campaign For A New Century of Excelence and she works extensively with Dan LaCount with the Student Essay Scholarship Contest. Celeste contributes her wonderful skills to the Big Event, leading the planning and coordination of the entire event, including the Silent Auction. Celeste also plans and manages many other on-campus activities, including the Shoulder To Shoulder Society luncheon and the Society of St. Cyril dinner.
