Transcripts
- Current Students
- When submitting a college/university application to the Senior
Counselor, also submit an official transcript request and an
authorized release form signed by a parent/guardian, or by the
student, if 18 years of age or older.
- No transcript will be sent if the student's tuition is not
current.
- There is no charge for the first two transcripts. If more than
two transcripts are requested, the cost is $2.00 for each transcript,
except for a 7th and 8th semester transcript.
- Graduates
- The cost is $2.00 per transcript. Please contact Mr.
Goolsby by email or by phone at (773) 324-1020 ext. 238.
Yearbooks
- Yearbooks generally are scheduled to arrive in October/November of
the following school year. Graduates from last year may pick up their
yearbooks in the main office. Cost of the yearbook is included in the
tuition fees. If you have any questions about the yearbook, please
contact the moderator, Mr. Chris
