How can I get involved with the Arts at MC?

All currently enrolled students and parents/guardians are automatically members of the Caravan Arts Council. For more information about a variety of involvement opportunities, email

There are several program productions throughout the school year to showcase the talents of the Mount Carmel artists. These productions will correspond to existing school events such as open houses, registrations, holiday and assembly performances. The highlight of the arts programs will be a joint Spring Arts Festival held in May. The Arts council will seek an underwriter to fund the spring production in conjunction with the Advancement Office.

Student Engagement

Mount Carmel is committed to offering a full educational opportunity to our students through a rich array of fine arts classes and clubs. To support the further growth and development of the School in these areas, the Arts Council will encourage potential students to investigate the full potential that a Mount Carmel education offers. Activities will include Open House and community performances and outreach to feeder grammar schools. The Arts Council will engage in active marketing campaigns targeted toward raising awareness and opportunities in the arts for the students of Mount Carmel. These initiatives include promoting performances by our students from within the school and in their communities, capitalizing on alumni successes in the arts, and spirit wear promotions.
