Transportation Registration 2017
Information

Please complete the form below to register for transportation. Please read the information carefully before you register. Contact Mr. Craig Ferguson with any questions or concerns at cferguson@mchs.org or 773.324.1020 ext. 290.

Routes: Routes and pick up points on major streets will be determined after registration forms are returned by the due date. Every effort to pick up a student within a mile of his residence. Once routes have been established, no new stops will be added.

Payments: Payments are due within the trimester posted. Bus Fees will be posted your your Smart Tuition account by trimester and is due within the trimester dates. 

Cancellations: It is the parent’s responsibility to notify Mr. Ferguson, cferguson@mchs.org, in writing if you wish to cancel bus service. You will be billed for bus service until written notification is received.

Bus Pass: Students will not be allowed to ride the bus without a valid bus ID and are required to show their ID when entering the bus.

Code of Conduct: Students are required to follow the Code of Conduct along with the Bus Company rules and verbal requests from the bus driver. Failure to comply will lead to disciplinary action and possible loss of transportation privileges.

Fees
Bus Fees for the 2017-2018 school year:

Shuttle Bus: Pick up/drop off from Union Station and Ogilvie Station only
$180 per trimester

Neighborhood Bus: Routes will be determined  in July based on school population.
$360 per trimester
