Pride, respect, and self-esteem are synonymous....none of which are given, but EARNED. We emphasize pride in everything that is associated with our program. We take pride in the way we wear our Caravan uniform, the way we sprint on and off the field, and the way we take our pre-game infield. Our players also take pride in the way we accept success and failure, and how we treat our opponents and umpires. The real key to winning, is having good, self-motivated athletes who accept responsibility for their actions and development. Most importantly, our players understand that they are students first and athletes second. They understand that sports are only temporary, but their education will last them a lifetime.
