    SCAD: put your artistic vision on display for the opportunity to earn a scholarship to SCAD, The University for Creative Careers. The SCAD Challenge competition is open to current juniors and seniors in high school as of the 2018-19 academic year.     The Golden Apple Scholars of Illinois Program is now recruiting high school seniors to apply for our teacher preparation program. Scholars are provided with extensive teaching experience and advanced preparation to supplement their college curriculum, academic support throughout college, college tuition-assistance and support (up to $23,000), and mentoring during their first years of teaching. In return, Scholars commit to teach in Illinois schools-of-need for five years after college graduation from an Illinois partner university.     The HEAR Scholarship Foundation awards a $20,000 tuition scholarship to Chicagoland High School seniors who demonstrate commitment to their community. Scholarships are paid directly to the college, in increments of $5,000 a year, for four years of higher education.
