High school students sought to take annual Polar Plunge through Ald. O'Shea Challenge
For the second year in a row, 19th Ward Ald. Matt O’Shea has challenged sports teams from several high schools to participate in the 18th annual Chicago Polar Plunge, which will be held on Sunday, March 4, at North Avenue Beach.
