Jack Cushing Family Memorial Scholarship
The Jack Cushing Memorial Scholarship was created by the Cushing Family to honor the legacy of Jack Cushing. Mr. Cushing became an ardent Mount Carmel supporter when his sons Matt '93 and Adam '98 attended Mount Carmel. He furthered his commitment by becoming the original coach and founder of the Mt. Carmel rugby program. He loved helping others become more than they thought they could be and loved the Mount Carmel motto of "You came to Carmel as a boy, if you care to struggle and work at it you will leave a man."
The Cushing Family thought there would be no better way to keep Jack's memory alive than by creating a legacy scholarship to support young men attending Mount Carmel.
